Steep Learning Curve and Question

Hello,

First time user of GIT. Program appears very detailed and advanced. I hope it's use will become easier.

I won't go into all the confusion I have had over the past few hours but I finally have GIT for X-Plane working. I will add that my first use of GoFlight modules was back in 2001 and I have many. The GF interface for MSFS was extremely easy to use. Appears I have a long road ahead on GIT.

Currently I'm out of ideas on having the P8 LEDs light when a button is pushed. The button press works and I can see it physically move a switch in the XP11 default C172. What I do not see is the green LED light on the P8. Any ideas?

I did install GF Config for MS/P3D sims. Not sure what that has to do with XP11 but it did allow the GF-166 displays to show the correct comm frequency numbers.

I have yet to find any documentation on what Light Data and Light Action is for. Are those for assigning to the P8 LEDs?

Thanks for any assistance.
