MCP Pro - Use Profile for Multiple Aircraft?

Is there a way to use a GFIT profile for multiple aircraft models?

For instance, I'm using the Aerosoft CRJ-700 profile, which works fine on the 700. But I'd like to use the same profile for the CRJ-900? (Importing it again seems to just crash the tool straight to desktop)

Thanks.

  • If the configs are compatible, you can change the aircraft name to something minimal so it matches for all variations. You do this on the settings tab.

  • Clicking OK then save settings doesn't seem to actually save what I'm renaming the aircraft to. Restarting GFIT loads the default/previous aircraft name.

    Thanks.
  • OK, I'll have to check why its no longer working.

  • Hi,

I have just looked at this and cannot find a problem. You must answer Yes and then No to the prompts. Make sure you back up your files first!
