GFDIO LEDs functionality

I search the answer without any avail, sorry if this has been answered before. I have two DIO boards, both work without the GIF tool. However, when using the tool , the second row of LED output does not work. I mean I program the out put but the LEDs remain unlit regardless if the action is called or even using the identify function of the tool. The second DIO only two pins (the second to last, from Left to right, top to bottom) behave the same way. Have you encounter this in the past? Is there a fix through the software?

    It may be a hardware fault. Let me dig out my DIO and I will test it with GIT to make sure a bug hasn't crept in.

    Thanks, Ii will await your feedback. To be clear when i first turn the computer, befor turning on the GIT, all postions are lit accordingly. It is only when I turn on the GIT that this happens. That's why I susspect a software related, maybe a conflict with the goflight config file.
