Log on issue
Hello, I am trying to log in on main page to get to my profile to try to re-download program as I have upgradded my computer. I enter my ID and password an answer to bot question and hit log in and it goes right back to log in screen..
I have verified my ID and I have also Reset my password and used that password to no avail

I have just tested it and its working OK. The behaviour you describe indicates the bot question wasn't answered correctly.
If you still have problems, you can go through the order process and login but obviously do not complete the order.
