not saving after closing

in GoFlight Interface Tool - Technical Support
i have now re created my FF767 3 times and everytime i either close or restart the PC nothing gets saved or loads correctly after closing GIT and opening again. i have searched the forums to find a fix but there is nothing that touches whats happening in this instance.

at the verge of giving up

    How are you checking nothing has been saved? Remember no config shows up until the device is selected in the drop down and the aircraft is loaded up in VC mode.

    Have you opened up the xml files to see if your config is there?

    There may be a security issue, so try running GIT as administrator.

    You may have corrupt settings file. Try renaming Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool.
