Zibo Button Press Delay

I have a GoFlight MCP Pro. I've downloaded and imported David Williams' profile for the Zibo 738, but I have a couple of issues. First, all of the buttons require at least a 1-second hold in order to activate it's function, and second, the activated button lights tend to turn off randomly on the hardware, despite being on in the sim. The AT ARM light never comes on at all, although it works in the self test. I've played with the interface tool a little bit, and I have found that going into the SWITCH_AT_ARM event, I can set the light action to ON instead of ON_GREATER_THAN. This seems to make the light work on the hardware, but I am a little leery of modifying it, as I have no idea what goes on in the background. I suspect that the light value is not a simple Boolean value. Is there an update coming for this profile? If not, is there another one I could use?

  • Hi,
I've had intermittent issues with the lights on the MCP Pro. I played around with the settings (and I've attached a shot of what I have). if the lights don't work when pressing/toggling them from the MCP Pro, I just use to recycle the button/switch and it would appear to work. GIT must do some sort of polling of the devices but seems to miss some state changes.
On the other hand, if you click on the button/switch in the sim, the MCP Pro is updated straight away.

I've attached a zip file with my device configurations.

    Regards
    David
