How to transfer the Goflight interface tool to new pc

Hi all
I have just built a new PC.
I transferred everything over to new pc via creating and image with acronis and re installing on new PC-OP system licences everything is same.
The goflight tool does not work despite putting the serial number-can you please advise.

The old pc will have a new window 10 op system. thanks.

    Copy and paste the log. Does it lock up? What are the LED colours?

    I have no access to the old system-the old hard drive crashed. I am going to do a fresh install and see what happens.
