Losing Bespoke events

Hi,

How do I go about getting my bespoke events back. When I check the xml file (see attached), everything seems to be there.

However when I check the Detective on the goflight software the events are all blank.



When I try to import the bespoke file again I get the following error:

    It looks like a corrupt xml file. Can you restore from a backup the directory Documents\Goflight Interface Tool?

    It must be the import file that is corrupt then. Can you download it again.

    Hi Steve no it was my backups. I bit the bullet and typed them out again. The backups must have failed too. Would it make sense in future app updates to create new backups rather than replace the existing backups? (I'm assuming that's what happens)

    Just backup Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool when you make major changes and if you need to restore just copy your backup files over the top. No need to import as that's to bring in other peoples configs.

    Yeah but I think the problem I've had on a couple of occasions now, is when I get corrupt files, they overwrite the backup too? So the backups are then corrupt?

    Really getting fed up with this software now....HOURS of work creating events and again have been lost...with the backups also missing.
