TQ6 Flaps not detected in Interface Tool

After using the Interface Tool for a while with th NGX, the flaps axis stop working. I checked all axis both using calibration of the device using window control panel and GoFlight Config tool and it seem to be  working. However, the interface will not detect the axis. In the log a get the following message "tq6: Negating the minimum value of a twos complement number is invalid." every time I move the throttle. I reverted to the  PMDG Interface and it works.

How can I fix this issue, since I want to use the tool for the 777 and other planes.

It sounds like some invalid values have been picked up. I would clear all the axes and reconfigure.

Thanks, I'll try clearing all axes (I have tried clearing Flaps axes only, but not all axes).

Can I install both program at the same time or do I need to uninstall PMDG Intarfase first? I have been installing and installing each time.

One more question (unrelated), can I use a gray encoder with the DIO board? If not, how is the rotaries in the EFIS programmed. I need something similar to the BAR/Rad functionality of the EFIS for the SPEED RFS and N1 in the main central panel.
