Demo Version (?) and glass cockpits in MSFS
Just wondering if a) there's a demo version to try and b) does the new MSFS compatible GIT allow you to program an old MCP (the 2 unit high module) to control HDG, NAV, ALT etc. and the GF166 to control Nav & Comm radio freq's on a G1000 & G3000?
I have all my modules working in FSX/P3D with the default GoFLight software but I'm thinking of jumping ship away from GoFlight completely. If the GIT allows this programming I may be tempted to give it a go (hence asking about a demo). Thanks.

Same with the GF166, click the NAV, COM, or ADF button and they will be configured in exactly the same way as the GoFlight drivers.
No need to ditch GoFlight, GIT has supported every version of Simconnect based flight sims for 8 years and that level of commitment will remain for many years to come. In fact GIT will be having a hugh makeover soon with a full graphical UI.

It's the old original black MCP. http://www.pcaviator.com.au/store/GoFlight-GF-MCP-Autopilot-Module.html
I read your linked document before posting but just wanted to make sure it it's always been a bit flakey in P3D - I guess it's because I've soldiered on with the GoFlight software!
I'll give the PP software a go anyway and see how I get on. Probably easier than trying to offload all my GoFlight gear anyway & I guess the integration will improve over time in any case.
Best wishes
Steve
