From the MSFS forum I've found there is an event FLIGHT_LEVEL_CHANGE; however, this is not in the GIT list. Is there any way to use this event in GIT

    Yes. I have uncovered a large amount of missing events and variables not mentioned in the SDK documentation. I'm working on it, so hopefully sometime this weekend a new version will be out.
