Bringing my MCP Pro Back Up in P3D
I had to set my flightsimming aside for nearly six months doe to RW affairs in a world turned upside down.Trying to get my 737NGXu GoFlight modules back running. Updated/reinstalled GIT for P3D. Checked all my power management setting in device manager (6 of the 45 were checked to sleep from updates).
When I connect the MCP Pro and EFIS all have 0’s in the windows, although in the device dialog they come up not enabled. I enable both manually.
I’m getting a yellow Sim Connect light after about 30 seconds after I connect. My two 166’s are working fine, which is nice!
Any reasons why I would get a simconnect error and how I might fix it.
Thanks!
100% fully retired now and looking forward to climbing back up the learning curve, again.
Cheers!

11:51:25 WinSock: Connection Failed: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:27015
The SimConnect version is wrong:
11:51:25 Simconnect Version: 1.4.0.0
Make sure you install the 64Bit version of GIT in the Program Files directory and not Program Files (x86) as it may pick up the wrong Simconnect.dll's.
Best wishes
Steve
