GIT not working with the DA62 MSFS2020, works for all the other airplanes I use

Hi,
I have been using GIT (LGT and RP48) in MSFS2020 with the TBM930, CJ4, CRJ700, Cessna 172, 320Neo. It is all working fine, but for the life of me I can’t get it to work with the DA62. Everything seems to be working fine in GIT but nothing is responding in the cockpit.
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

  • I would need to check, but having just spent a lot of time in FS2020 attempting to interface the 747 to my new software I'm releasing this year, I have become increasingly aware that Asobo have thrown out the old FSX/P3D standard of all default aircraft fully supporting SimConnect including responding to outside Events and Variable changes.

Asobo are making life very difficult for cockpit builders, because I don't think they are fully thinking things through.

Have you used Detective to see what is happening or not happening?

    Best wishes
    Steve
  • Thanks for your response Steve.
No I have not used Detective to check what is up or not. I will run it and see what info I get.
I also tried to setup the Cessna 152, same issue with my GoFlight LGT and RP48, they are not doing anything in the cockpit of that airplane either.
    Thanks

Got it to work again. I tried again today after WU6 and it worked. Don’t know if it’s a coincidence, is it because I went back to it after a while and did it right this time (i doubt) or is it something fixed at the peripheral level in WU6. I remain suspicious of the all thing, but happy I can use my buttons, rotary knobs and switches with my DA62 : )
