Thanks!

If nothing else it would be the professional way to behave given many people have invested hundreds of pounds / dollars / euros in GoFlight kit.

Looks like the front end is just a shell. The only thing that works is the downloads which might be the sole reason the site remains alive.

Heard back from GoFlight and the company is opening back up in January. Health issues have caused the delay.

I have 2 GF-45, where both rotary knobs don't work well. Sometimes it doesn't work in one direction and if it works it often apply the action from the inverse direction.
Same happens with my GF-LGTII the elevation Trim has the same issue.
I also have the GF-166A that gives bad contacts when using the push buttons. I will see at my local hardware shop to buy some new pushbuttons (Tact Switch 12x12x7,3mm) which costs 0,45€.
Finding the correct size of rotary decoder will be harder, and a little bit useless to buy 6 or 7 of them If I'm not sur if it's really the rotary button.
I could test with an another size, the ECW1J-C24-EC0024 used in the GF-45 uses only 3 pins, a common and a channel A and B. the 4 other pins is just to hold the rotary to the PCB print.
The ECW1J-C24-EC0024 is obsoleted, but you can replace those by the ECW1J-C24-EC0024L. You can find those for les then 3€.
I didn't check which encoder is used in the MCP, because the one in the GF-LGTII is smaller, and I suspect the one in the MCP is also smaller, but if you can solder and find the same rotary decoder you can easily change them yourself. Have to say, accessing the PCB of the MCP is some work, you need to remove all knobs and nuts from the front panel.
