Problem with GFConfig linking with Steam MSFS 2020

I have a real Newbie question but haven't been able to find the solution.
I have the Steam MSFS 2020 version and GoFlight MCP pro and EFIS, but I haven't been able to link them via the "Simulator info".
I have bought the Pollypot GIT and hoped it would help me, but realized my first problem is linking the GFConfig with the MSFS?

Options are MSFS 2002, MSFS 2004, MSFS X, MSFS X SE? I'm not sure where MSFS is installed since I have multiple Steams and PMDG installed etc.

Which file to search for and what version og MSFS in GFConfig?

(The MCP displays comes alive with - - - - and green lamps on the MCP when running the GFDevP3D)

Any help would be highly appreciated,

Br Baudie

  • GIT can run independently from GoFlights own driver software (GFConfig etc). They can run together, but make sure you do not duplicate configs as both GIT and GFConfig will respond when you push a button etc.

You need to locate your steam library directory. In there you will find a directory called FSX. GFConfig needs to point to that directory.

    Best wishes
