GIT and Engravity CDU conflict in MSFS?

I have run GIT and Engravity CDU simultaneously on my system in P3D v5 with no issues.
However, on MSFS I can't get both to run on the platform at the same time - they only function if run singly.
More specifically, if I have Engravity CDU running with my PMDG 737 and then attempt to launch GIT, then an "Application Halted!" window pops up - half way down the page there's a clue?
"Inner Exception: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect..............The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020)". If I click on the OK button at the bottom of the error window, another window appears which states " The type initializer for 'A.D' threw an exception".

If I halt Engravity CDU and then re-launch GIT, the latter then runs fine. Then run Engravity CDU again but, as mentioned above, it wont connect to the sim with GIT running!

To the best of my knowledge, I have exactly the same settings applied in GIT and Engravity CDU for P3Dv5 as I have for the MSFS versions, in MSFS.

Any suggestions to get GIT and Engravity CDU working together in MSFS would be gratefully appreciated.
