GoFlight MCP Pro knobs not responding to 'fast' turns.
In the last few weeks, I have realized that my MCP Pro is not responding to fast turns.
In fact the problem I think seems to be getting worse where I now have to say turn the COURSE knob so slow to be able to set it. I have tried playing around with some of the settings in the interface but I am not sure what I am doing and nothing seems to be working. I did not make any changes in particular to my equipment. Please help!!

You were spot on. The F/O course knob is definetly bad. Clockwise turns just jumps around. Counter clockwise turns works somewhat but not as good
So I assume I just get a new rotary encoder and replace it? Do you or anyone has a model or part number for me to order one?
Thx for your help.

Only thing I see is just the a slight delay in the numbers changing and this is on all encoders so I am thinking it may have something to do with some outdated soft or firmware. I am currently running A24 on the MCP PRO.
Another generic question.
The enconder in the Goflight was a three (3) pin unit compare to the 5 pin I see in the video above and on Amazon. I was hoping to buy a couple on standby just incase mine craps out completely. What are the difference between the 3 and 5 pins?
Not sure about the pin outs. Usually there is a part number on the encoder. Just google for the part number and you should be good.
