GIT not consistent

Everytime I set GF modules in pollypot then restart pollypot or msfs2020 I have to reset . Why???

    Is it possible to receive email help for GIT? The forum doesn't help. I am ready to ditch Goflight modules and pollypot. Nothing I try works. If I am able to make positive progress once I reload msfs2020 or 2024 all my settings go crazy!!!!!!! My wife says find another hobby.

    @Kenw , how are you connecting your GoFlight units to your computer? That is absolutely critical for correct operation. What units? Are you plugging them directly into the mobo USB ports or is a powered USB hub?

    This post might help you. For the record I have 8 units in total and Windows 11 recognises all.

    Have you configured the computer to not autpmatically turn off power to the usb connection when the connected devices are idle? Go to device manager,/ usb controllers; select each and then right click , then slect properties/ power management. Then make sure the option to turn off the device to save power is not checked.
