I’m getting concerned about Steve. He hasn’t visited this place since 27 December. I hope he’s okay but the continued silence is concerning.

Fortunately I don’t have any problems but others do and need help.

    My concern is that there are people here that can't access their account to download software. I think Steve is the only one who can resolve those questions. In his absence, how can those users get access to the software? Maybe Steve could deputize a trusted subscriber on this board to verify ownership and reset accounts. It would help some people with real problems.
