TPM Module
Hi Steve
I know the TPM is not covered by the GFIT or the goflight config tool but I do not understand why it would not show up as a joystick? I would like to use the GFIT to set it up so that as I switch between single and multi engine aircraft either the tpm or the tq6 would be active. I gues I could use fsuipc but I would like to use GFIT for all my buttons and control.
Thanks
Terry

Hi Terry,
It must be presenting itself as a device type GIT is not looking for. Is it seen as a joystick in game controllers? I'll add it to the bug list.
Best wishes
Steve
Yes it shows up in windows as a game device just like the tq6.
Thanks
Terry
Do you think this will be fixable in the near term? If not, I can proceed with fsuipc.
Thanks
Terry
Hi Terry,
I won't be able to look at this issue until the weekend at the earliest. I need to track down my TPM module after looking in the usual places and not finding it. Its either in the loft or in my storage unit (I hope it isn't because I will never find it!)
I will fix it ASAP, but there is no harm in using FSUIPC in the meantime, particularly if you are not mapping bespoke events to the axis.
Best wishes
Steve
Hi Terry,
I have been unable to find my TPM module but one will be winging its way across the pond shortly. Once I have it , I'll start work on GIT support.
Thx
Steve
They must have put it on a very slow boat?
Thanks
Terry
LOL. I'll chase John again.
Best wishes
Steve
Hi Terry,
Version 2.1.15.0 now has TPM support! Only set the Mixture, Throttle and Pitch Axes. Ignore the buttons and Rotation axes (these appear because DirectX thinks the device has them when it doesn't).
Best wishes
Steve
I am away from my computer for a couple of weeks. I will try when I return.
Thank you for adding
Terry
