Basic 2 Transferring data
Reading the manual - PMGD interface - previous configuration file. You can copy it over.
I have the original PMDG file and have a new file with the new version GIT with one aircraft in it.
Comparing the 2 files, I am not sure were to cut and paste between each.
The whole old file in to the end of the new one? or in the middle somewhere?
I presume each will have a start and close routine written in there somewhere at the start and stop of each file?
Regards
Trevor

Hi Trevor,
The new settings in GIT are:
<setting name="GenericAircraft"......</setting>
<setting name="BespokeEvents"......</setting>
<setting name="BespokeEventTime"......</setting>
so copy and paste those into the GoFlight PMDG Interface config file before these lines that appear at the end:
</GoFlight_PMDG_Interface.Properties.Settings>
</userSettings>
</configuration>
This file can then be copied into the Goflight Interface Tool directory and should work. Take a backup copy of both files before making any changes.
Best wishes
Steve
