X-Plane w/GFIT & MCP PRO

So I was wondering, almost all of the knobs appear to work in XPlane 10 with the exception of the altimeter knob.  I turn it and nothing happens.  Am I missing a setting? I have the MCP Pro set to default.

  • Depends on the aircraft and what datarefs they utilise. The more in depth tube liners  have their own commands and datarefs to control that stuff. You'll have to do some diggin in the detective to figure out what controls it on those planes.

What aircraft are you using that it doesnt work on ?

  • I tried on the JAR A320 and the EADT 737800 v5.  I tried using the detective but I have no idea what im doing with it lol.  Everytime I try I get overwhelmed and give up and just use the in sim switches/knobs.

I put up a profile for the x737 v5  it's in the " User provided Bespoke Events"  area

LINK  (download is in first post)

It says MCP and EFIS but that doesn't matter the MCP still will work fine without an EFIS.

Don't own the JAR A320 so I can't help you with a profile for that. But maybe another member will post their config for it.
