Good day  Steve,
Tried 3 times yesterday and again this morning to download.
Everytime I get 28,064KB of download then it fails, end up with part file.
No other download trouble using firefox, win 7.

    Don't download with a download manager if you are using one.

    I do not use a manager, doing exactly the same process this morning and it came thru ok.
    Computers don't you love them  !!
