New Go Flight Drivers and ver 2.0.491

Steve,
Has anybody downloaded and tested the new Go Flight software ver 2.23.

Also on your new version2.0.491, the MESM came up with an error as I started the program, but the program continued to run after I clicked ok on the error message. I looked at the MESM tab and noticed all the saved commands were gone and that the items that should be rotaries were switched with devices that should be switches and switches are rotaries. So the rotaries now have on, off, hold as their commands and the switches have positions 1 thru 8 on them..

    I haven't tried the new drivers.

    I'll check the MESM issue and get back to you. Does the error appear every time you start it and what is the error message?

    No the error message only appeared that one time, but after it was gone so were all the MESM features that were programmed. I expect the error was from the device being changed from a switch to a rotary and a rotary to a switch. The error stated something like" the programmed device will not support the command click OK to continue". After I clicked I saw the programs were no longer there and that everything was reversed.

    I reinstalled the old drivers and the MESM switches were back to switches again and the knobs were back to rotaries. If I go back to the new driver, the MESM goes back to switches being rotaries and knobs being switch positions...

    I am not sure if you can get to replicate it, try to look at the MESM tab and see if you program the switches the options you get are position 1 2 3 4 5 6 , and the choices for the knobs are on, off, hold...they are reversed from what they should be...

    Hi Terry,

    It looks like a MESM bug in the GoFlight SDK has been fixed with the later version. The MSEM device in GIT actually does reverse the controls to handle the bug in the SDK.

    I'll have to write a work around.
