2X GF166...one not working.

I need help.  Sorry for posting here, but no one else seems to be able to help.

I am at present using XPlane 10 with the free XPGF plugin.
I have two GF-166 modules.  Only one seems to work at a time.  They both work...but NOT together.
Windows 10/pro.  Turned OFF the save power thing.  I'm using a USB 2 expansion card.  They didn't work together on a powered HUB either.
( I had no problems with Wns 7).  Both are newer grey face modules.

Any ideas?

    I have 4 166's (in the ICCS panel). I'm new to GoFlight, and although I have read the manual and watched all the videos I could find, I just don't know how to get started with th radios. They sort of work, but are duplicated (Com 1 and 2 are the same, Nav1 and Nav2 are the same), and although they display the correct numbers and will swap, the knob only changes the integers. I would love some help in figuring out how to confifure the radios! Help!?

    By the way, I'm using the X-plane version of GIT.

    You push and rotate to change the other digits.
