Goflight version
For some reason I no longer see the LED lights on most of my equipment. This includes when pushing "Identify" in GIT.
As I started to research the forum I see a post with someone using goflight version 2.26.5
I am currently using 2..26.4. Should I update? I remember a time awhile back where the version of goflight to be used was
very specific. Has this changed? Could this be why I lost the lights?
Any ideas on why I might have lost my LED's would be appreciated.
I'm working in FSX right now but will be getting Xplane version also once the dust settles around XPlane11.
thanks

Hi Dave.
2.26.5 fixes an issue with the GF MESM.
LED issues started with Windows 8 when additional registry settings needed to be added/updated. GoFlight provide Windows8Fixer.cmd in the drivers which you need to run as administrator. If this doesn't fix your issues you need to disconnect all your GoFlight hardware, run the fixer as administrator and then reconnect your hardware.
Best wishes
Steve
I have an MESM so I should update to 2.26.5, then run the GFWindows8Fixer.cmd? (Hopefully I don't have to unplug everything!)
thanks
dave
If you install 2.26.5, GFWindows8Fixer runs automatically during installation.
Best wishes
Steve
