Pause Toggle - visual indication of status in Detective

Hi Steve,

When I click the Pause Toggle button for Detective event/lvars stream there is no indication I have the listing paused.  As a result I often find myself wondering why an event is not showing only to realize I have the stream/listing paused.  Would be great if there was a button state or something visual that indicates that listing/steam is currently paused or active.

    There should be a message appear - perhaps it gets lost whilst the dataref updates complete.

    Easy enough to do though. I'll add it to the dev plan.

    Oh, I'll have Milviz Bobcat T-50 GIT exports done by this weekend (1/16) ... 3 day weekend so I should have some free time.  Not the most popular aircraft, but it supports the WX radar (REX/Milviz) and I wanted to get WX radar mapping working (which it does) along with other items in the aircraft.
