Stuck with TQ6 & LGTII with PMDG 747 V3

Im completely stuck and puzzled at the moment with my hardware.
Im using the payware version of GIT. I have installed first the goflight drivers and made sure there was no assignments whatsoever before installing the GIT. I have tried to follow the installation guide step by step.
However, im having a problem assigning the TQ6. I have finally managed to get the throttles to work (levers b,c,d,e) but I cannot get the spoilers to work. If I try to do it step by step as in the guide, I end up having the lever behaving bizzarre and it does not do as it supposed to. I cannot even get it to arm or extend spoilers completely. The lever in the VC goes back and fort like crazy 
Also I cannot get the buttons of the TQ6 to work, no reverse thrust.two of the four buttons does make a click sound in the vc but nothing happens. Im using FSUIPC but i have deleted all the assignments from there so that I would control the TQ6 only via GIT.
The second problem Im having with the gear lever... When I move the GFLGT to the gear up position, the wheels the lever in the VC goes only to the off position.
Im using FSX acceleration, SP2, Windows 7 64bit and so on.
Any idea what Im doing wrong here?

Zip up My Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool and attach them to this thread so I can look at what is happening.
In relation to the gear, do you have GoFlight Data Bridge running (blue icon with an aircraft on it in the notification bar on the taskbar) as this may be interfering.
