Dear Sir,
It is not good to sell a product but not provide any support at all. I have recently bought GFIT from you for Xplane , but I couldnot use it ,and your explanation for some one like me with basic computer skill is very hard to know.please let me know how should assign my GF modules,MCP PRO,EFIS,...... .
I will appreciate your support and help.

    I am getting tired of this now. You post in the wrong place so I don't see your message and accuse me of not providing support. You then email me not realising its me and accusing me of not providing support and now your first post finally asking in the correct place for support accuses me of not providing support. Anymore of this nonsense and I will ban you.

    For your information, please read the Contact Us page so you are clear that support is available only between 10am and 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Do not expect a response outside of those hours.
