Reset Download Count

Hi Steve,
Not sure why but I'm having problems downloading the new x-plane 2.0.8.0 version. Seems to get interrupted continually, which uses up the download count. Don't seem to have issues downloading from other sites.
Can you please reset my count and I'll try again.

    My download of 2.0.9 also gets interrupted about half way through. Can you reset my count as well. Can someone provide a download link that will finish the entire download? Thanks. Jon
