I have recently purchased a goflight MESM. I am running Xplane 11. What,” input events,” do I put in to the software to make this work properly?

It depends on the aircraft. Name one aircraft you want to use the MESM with and I will look into it for you to get you started.

Goto into the Lua Console in GIT and import the zip file.
Goto the MESM tab and import the xml file.
Enable the MESM in GIT and both the engine selectors should work.
