I am not able to log into my acct. in order to access my download (Go Flight Interface Tool) This has been happening since Friday, March 30, 2018

    The website will not allow me to log in. I type in email, password and fill in spam check. Remains on same screen. must reinstall GFIT . Please help!

    Cache cleared, tried Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. I cannot gain access. It appears that my email created during checkout has not been recognized. Could you please check? I never received email during checkout. I have checked spam. Not there. Download was paid for, I have printed a copy of my invoice. Here is my order # 15223527161761. Very frustrated. Please help!

    Hello,
    I am having the EXACT same problem (removed cookies used 3 different browsers etc). I was able to download the software, but I cannot access the forums for support as the software does not work as advertised (for 747 QOS II). At least you can read the forums on AVSIM without being logged in. I paid a lot of cash for NOTHING...
    I can't even send a message to let someone know I need help logging in!!! Just goes right back to the login screen. An error message would have been nice so I am no wasting my time on the site.
    Only PMDG 737 works. Same as before I wasted my money. I am at my wits end.
