Application Halted

Hey Steve,

Not sure what is going on here but the Goflight interface tool MSFS is throwing this error. I did have a video driver crash yesterday with a black screen. Had to do a hard reboot. I did a uninstall and reinstall but still getting this error. Goflight interface tool for x-plane is working fine.

Thx
Ben

  • Delete the directories in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\PollyPot_Software

This will delete the corrupt settings file. It will not remove any aircraft configs, so don't worry.

  • That did the trick, all is working now. Ya know after you start flying with hardware like the GF-MCPro there is no going back, can't fly without it. Back to happy Sim.
    Thank you boss!

  • I deleted the corrupt settings file, launched and it brought me to the user agreement. I then him I agree and it threw the same exception at me. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

You probably have corrupt aircraft files. If you have a backup of Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool, restore that directory from backup, otherwise you will have to delete the files (take a copy first just in case its something else) and let GIT recreate them, but you will lose your aircraft configs.

  • Sorry for the late reply, I've been away. GIT cannot locate the Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect.dll file on your system. Unzip the attached and move the dll into the GIT program directory.

    Best wishes
