Hi Rob,
Already tried that with Terry. I'll have some time tomorrow to hopefully sit down and crack this.
Best wishes
Steve
You might want to send Rob those tries as he is much more knowledgeable than I am and might spot something I missed. I will be away from my computer until later today and from Thursday afternoon to Sunday est.
Should I try uninstalling net 4.6?
Thanks
Terry
Hi Rob,
2.26.1 only changed the postinstall program, nothing else changed.
2.26 got GFConfig to recognise a version 3 installation, and postinstall to add the entry in exe.xml and ensure flight sim and the data bridge run as administrator (for iFly 747 support). Nothing major changed.
Best wishes
Steve
Hi Rob/Terry,
Try these recompiled drivers from GoFlight:

Thx
Steve
Thanks Rob. Can you confirm no flight sim was running at the time.
Best wishes
Steve
Install this version of GIT and modify the desktop icon and add /log at the end of the Target entry.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/cp6yfqxhqtp0gov/GoFlightInterfaceToolP3D_Setup_2_1_18_1.zip?dl=0
This will create a file called log.txt in My Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool.
Best wishes
Steve
So it looks like GoFlights Beta drivers are working OK. Can you try loading Prepar3D with the 2.25.2 drivers so I can see how far the connection process succeeds.
Thx
Steve
Thx Rob. So its running OK, its just the UI locks up. Its not a .NET 4.6 issue as the version I asked you to test is 4.5.1. Its a weird one!
Hi Rob,
Your testing is fine. The latest GoFlight drivers have fixed the GFDev.dll problem. I can see from the log that everything is running as it should except the UI has locked - the question is why?
Best wishes
Steve
+1 for Rob's last comment. I am back with my computer so I can again help test.
Thanks
Terry
Thanks for the donation Rob.
I've been without my development PC since Sunday . Faulty RAM caused Windows to get corrupt and the whole thing is still in the process of being rebuilt. New RAM arrives tomorrow so I'll be able to look into this issue again around the middle of the week.
GoFlight are also going to produce a new BETA driver rolled back to VS2013 from VS2015 to eliminate any compatibility issues that have arisen.
Best wishes
Steve
Try these new Beta GoFlight drivers:

Thx
Steve
Sad to say no change. Still locks up.
Thanks
Terry
Ok. Thanks for trying.
Best wishes
Steve
Can you try this version of GIT with the latest BETA GoFlight drivers. Before installing please uninstall GIT and the GoFlight drivers ensuring the GoFlight directory is completely empty.
