Still not working but a difference. Before when I moused over the GFIT window the mouse cursor would change to a spinning circle. Now the mouse cursor does not change but the window is still locked up and non responsive. Probably a difference without meaning but thought you should know.
Also I always install to C:\Goflight and not the default location?
Sorry

Hi Rob,
I'll need to track down the input string error.
It's using the lib file from version 1.x of P3D which works with all versions of Prepar3D.
Thx
Steve
Following this closely as I think I am having the same issues and following the right thread. Definitely new to GIT but have a dozen goflight products that need configuring! I use FSX and when I start up GIT I get a green light for simconnect and red for goflight. Spinning circle when I run cursor over GIT screen.
Any help is appreciated.
Regards, Dave
Hi Dave,
Did you install GIT into the same directory as the GoFlight drivers?
Thx
Steve
After I posted I thought I had probably not put enough detail.
Yes followed the directions to the letter (I believe). Goflight drivers are in default location,
C:/Program Files(x86)/Goflight and the GFIT files are there as well.
Everything seemed to install just fine. Got the message when I started up FSX as expected.
Put my MCP pro and efis into compatible addon mode. When it wasn't working I started thinking there must be a conflict so removed FSUIPC addon from launching (even though I understand they can work together?) in the dll.xml and that made no difference.
Can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks Dave
Installed the most recent goflight 2.26.1 but it shows up as 2.26.0 and the newest GFIT release.
Dave
Hi Dave,
You need to remove the Goflight drivers and install version 2.25.2 of them.
Best wishes
Steve
Thanks very much Steve.
Now just have to learn how it all works!
Regards
Dave
Some new drivers from GoFlight for you to try for everyone having the GIT lock up problem with Goflight's latest drivers:

Yes, everything is working for me on Win 10.
The Goflight driver issue is very odd. GIT only references GFDev.dll and this has been rolled right back and still the issue remains?!
I'm sure it will be nailed at some point and its bound to be something stupid!
Best wishes
Steve
