  • Hello I am new in the forum.
I have a problem with the GF-T8 modules. We always only one correctly recognized the other two I can not use. Have already tried the Win8Fixer but it simply can not.
My system is a Win 10 computer.
    I use the FSX.

  • Hi,

How many T8's show up detected on the status tab?

    Thx
    Steve
  • Hi all 3 T8 are there also in the GoflightConfig. But when I click on it, neither the LEDs nor I can work with them. If it helps something, I have rausgefunden if I only one T8 Einsteckt is everything ok but when I insert the second or the third T8 no matter in which sequence is always only one active. Sometimes they interchange their position.
    My entire Goflight configuration is 1x WP6 (ok), 1x P8 (ok), 1x LGT2 (ok), 3x T8 (1x ok, 2x not ok).

    Thank you

  • Sounds like a USB power issue. Make sure they are connected to USB 2 (not 3) ports via a powered hub.

    Thx
    Steve
  • Hello I have now tried an old usb2 hub with power supply but it is always the same. Either the T8 are exchanged or not correctly recognized, so after the plug in go briefly all led's on but then no more.
    Unfortunately I can only use the WP6 a P8 and a T8.
I am really already at the despair what can I still make?

    Thx

Perhaps you have a faulty T8? Have you tried just using a combination of two of them?

    Best wishes
    Steve

PS Also make sure the hub is connected to USB 2 and not USB 3
  • Yes, I always when a different T8 is recognized correctly I can use it fully, but the other two not.
The hub is a 4x usb2 hub connected to a usb2 port of the computer. This is unfortunately not synonymous.

    thx

  • So, if each T8 will work on its own OK then the T8 hardware is OK, but one of the other devices may have problems. With it connecting to different device ID's it would appear the USB connection is being reset. If possible try connecting the other T8's directly into the PC on their own separate USB ports.

  • Hello I have done now. Individually, each correct is recognized however no matter in which combination I the other modules follow always the same that only one T8 functioned correctly.

    thx

  • When you click on the Device 1 drop down box on the T8 tab, does it show the other two T8 Devices for selection (Device 2 and Device 3)? What happens when you select the device from the drop down?

    Thx
    Steve
  • Hello in the GIT dive the 3 T8 up. I can choose them there as well. for example Device 0, 1, and 2. I have to activate it always synonymous. If I want to identify the lights only the led's of one the others remain dark. I can also program and use the other T8. Only the Led's do not go then.

    thx

  • If its only an LED issue now, then this is the answer:

"There is a known issue with LED's and the GoFlight gear from Windows 8 upwards. The GoFlight drivers run a program called Windows8Fixer.cmd during setup which should resolve the issue, but on some PC's it doesn't work. Run this program as Administrator and test the lights. If they still do not work, unplug the devices concerned, run the program again, plug back in the devices one at a time and test. Repeat as necessary until the LED's work."

    Best wishes
    Steve
  • Hello yes I have already tried. Can they tell me how often I should do that? Have already done up to 50 times or more.

    thx
    fadstephan
  • Since you have moved the devices to different ports, it needs to be done again. Follow the instructions in bold.

    Best wishes
    Steve
