I get this message when attempting to load GIT 3.8.2.0 for PD3V5:

"Application Halted"

Followed by 50 line items of techie crap I don't understand.

Supper frustrated for weeks now and out $150 American paying the GIT.

Help appreciated.

    There's a few of us that have purchased GIT as a last hope to get our GF modules working with MS2020. We were informed on the web site that the program was incomplete and not fully functional because of deficiencies in the MSFS sdk. None the less, it seems several persons on here have gotten it to work (not me; still struggling). Also, Steve, the developer has taken a vacation and hasn't been responding to messages for help. I think and hope when he returns he will be able to answer many questions for us. Fingers crossed.

    If so, please do a screen dump of the error message and post it here so I can diagnose.

    Where is this? 2nd December: A new version of the GoFlight Interface Tool for P3Dv4 & 5 (3.8.2.0) is now available. I purchased and downloaded what I thought was the newer GIT and the version still says 3.8.1.0. When I then open the new download I get a window that states there is a newer version. Where is 3.8.2.0 then to download please?

    Thats an XML error either related to default settings or files in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool.

    Try deleting C:\Users\\AppData\Local\PollyPot_Software and load GIT again. If that doesn't help, rename Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to something else and load GIT again.

    Its your settings file is corrupt. Delete the directory C:\Users\\AppData\Local\PollyPot_Software
