    But I would recommend to wait with the update. It is faulty for me in P3D.

    Thanks Andi. It appears to be for MSFS only. As I don’t have that sim I see no need to update. If the advisory message is going to keep appearing that will become annoying. Can it be turned off?

    I think this version is actually for P3D as well since it states

    ALL:

    - Improved parameter checking in Lua extensions to avoid crashes.

    Hopefully I can do a roll back because the new version us not working for me :(

    Hi Steve. I've just downlaoded and installed GIT 64-bit for P3Dv4/5. I then rebooted the PC but on launching GIT I still get a message a new version is available.

    The version I'm running is v3.8.2.0. It's installed to C:\GoFlight. The exe was last modified on 02/12/2020. Something has gone wrong I suspect.

    For P3D v4/5? I downloaded from the list of versions and chose P3D v4/5. Maybe you’re referring to MSFS.

    Try uninstalling first and make sure the setup file has the correct version in its filename. There are 3 versions for P3D, so make sure you click the right icon if you have more than 1 installed.

    A handful of people couldn't get the 64bit version to work with v4 and v5; probably just a placebo, but it solved their issues.

    I had 3 GoFlight executables, one more than necessary. I uninstalled both entries in CP and installed the 32-bit one for P3Dv3 and the 64-bit one for P3D v5. Now running 4.5.1.2 and all appears well.
