I just updated to Zibo's 3.30e version. Now none of my modules do anything. GIT detects the aircraft, but all modules; MCP/EFIS/GF-166 are blank or do nothingand are disabled.

Just to update this thread I am posting here as well: Well issue resolved. After I installed a clean copy of X-Plane 11 (kept the original installment but changing it's folder name) I noticed that the plugins folder had Commands.txt and Datarefs.txt files that were missing in the original installment. I copied the two…

Well issue resolved. After I installed a clean copy of X-Plane 11 (kept the original installment but changing it's folder name) I noticed that the plugins folder had Commands.txt and Datarefs.txt files that were missing in the original installment. I copied the two files over from the clean install. Performed a clean…

David, There are Commands and Datarefs.txt files in the B738X folder, but they have no content at all. I did try loading the aircraft_power file, but that made no difference. I will be checking the log file i a bit. I do remember getting an error "Some controls failed to load" when loading the GF-166 files. Over night I…

Well, Still having the same issue. GF-166 displays are not showing anything. Do I need to add and Commands.txt and/or Dataref.txt files? I even in-installed and re-installed the interface tool. The modules are working just fine in P3D, but just not in X-Plane 11. Friday is my day off, so you all know what I will be…

Good to hear you are back. I just downloaded the latest zip file and will give that a shot. Really love the ZiboMod, but not without all my panels working. Thanks for the fresh upload, David.

Hmm, interesting. I even tried the downloads from the download page here, re-installed the latest driver. Maybe I should just completely remove all interface files and folders and start a clean install of the Interface and config. Thank you both for your response.

looks like this thread has died. Too bad, as the G-166's are no longer working since ZiboMod version 3.29

Hello David, Any chance on an updated GIT config for the most recent Zibo Mod 738? I too lost the ability to use IAS, and also have different lights come on, not matching the MCP in the cockpit.
-
Well, Zibo updated his B737Mod to version 3.23. Had a quick look at David's most recent config (In the "Downloads" section) in combination with the GIT 2.011, and all looks fine. Will do a test flight tomorrow.

Checked and confirmed! Everything is working fine now. Again, thanks to David and Steve for their support. I am really enjoying this learning curve. Btw: A small tutorial of instruction sheet on how to update profiles (what files go where?) would be helpful to newbies like me. Oh, and before you ask... Yes, I did go…

Thanks for your instructions Steve. THAT WORKED!! :) Only on the left light on the Com GF-166 panel would not come on, but I was able to fix that. All is working fine now, including the EFIS David, is it correct that the rotary for the EFIS Baro is not programmed?

Thanks for your suggestions David. Here is what I did: Imported the profiles for the modules using the wizard. The GF166 were working, but the one for coms only showed a "5" as a command for the center1 button. I was able to fix that, so the GF166's are both working fine, The EFIS is not doing anything at all, so I will…

Must be doing something wrong. I tried importing the MCPPRO profile, but getting the error message Failed to load Config Data. commands.txt and Datarefs file placed in the aircraft folder, and all other files in the documents/Goflight Interface Tool folder. Guess will have spend some time figuring this out. Ah, it's part…

Thanks for your updated profile David, Just downloaded, and will give it a try tomorrow

I am sure a final release is still far from being released, but Zibo is doing an amazing job, considering he is doing it all without any help. I just hope that Zibo's updates don't mess with your config files too much. I managed to get my GF-46 to work as the transponder in the Zibo Mod, and exported the config file. I did…

David, The file fixed the EFIS VOR error, but then I found that the heading dial on the MCP was no longer responding. Found the resolving config file in another thread. Now all seems to be fine. Thanks for all your effort and support. The learning curve continues while attempting to program for other other airplanes,…

Thank you for your response. Not long winded at all. I am eager to learn. I was still using 3.06p, but now switched to 3.10o. That caused X-Plane to crash when loading the plane. I have that now resolved. I did export my adjusted device configs, and will work with your attached file after I get back from work later…

Hello David, Thank you for providing us your config files for the Zibo mod. I am new to the GIT and programming my panels. I managed to import your original zip file in to GIT, and am seeing a error window pop up related to the EFIS VOR. I made some changes to the functions of the second GF-166, as the course can be set…

Thank you for this update. I am new to these config files. I adapted the previous config file to use my GF-46 to control the transponder. I don't want to loose my current settings. Do I need to copy the content of the xml file and overwrite/past it over the EFIS part in my current xml file, or is there an easier way of…
