From the homepage go to the shop, it's under my account after you login
-
Download the new version of software from your account here. You have an older plugin. Mine is dated 5-14-16

Had to re-export the configs again - All the changes didn't go through. Please use version 2.3.0.0 of the software and the new Goflight drivers. As usual blow out all the bespoke events, reimport and then reimport the MCP, EFIS and radios
-
For whatever reason the export didn't work properly on my end. Some of the changes didn't go into the export. I've updated my software to 2.3.0.0 and have the newest Goflight driver. I'm removing the old download and putting a new one up for you to try. Please update your software too so we are working off the same thing.…

I want to say i had a problem with autogate plugin. It was doing something weird with the datarefs.
-
Its in the user provided bespoke events section. Yes use the big red X, Remove all the old bespoke events, import the new ones then import the MCP etc again
-
It almost sounds like you have the older version of the software or an old plugin left in XPX , try looking in resource /plugins and right click the file and pick properties to see the version after you update to the newer softrware. Please try this version and see if it helps , you will get a few improvements to the MCP…
-
Strange.. Have you updated to the 1.5 version of software that was released today and possibly the new drivers from goflight too? I can re-export everything on my end again here and see if that fixes it for you too. I'll do that quick and put it up here again and see if that helps.

The radio issue mentioned above appears to be corrected in today's GIT release. If anyone runs into issues please don't hesitate to ask.
-
Working on an update to include NAV and COM radios for GF-166's so that they will work like the aircraft does. Also improving the way the altitude rotary works so it doesn't increment by 10 ft and adding bank selector to the heading knob with new push-rotate function.
-
Hmm strange did you load the bespoke events first? The other thing is if you have Dataref editor installed you have to remove it. I don't use XUIPC so cant comment on that but i do know that XUIPC wasn't compatible to the IXEG when it first released. They may have a patch for it now.(XUIPC)

Moving them around to 2 diff ports seems to have corrected the issue. Still baffled as to why it happened out of the blue like that. Thx
-
Thanks for the heads up on the driver. Martin I've put out the new version of the Q400 profile for you to try. Maybe a driver update and a new profile will fix your remaining issues.
-
Sounds like a good idea to me. It adds another level of realism if it's setup properly.
-
There are a couple of things I improved and will make a new version here soon. Specifically the heading and course knobs will spin faster, the majestic events don't work with the rotate function(acceleration) so it is painstakingly slow to turn them right now. I've switched them to mouse events and those work great with…

Working ok here. I suspect you need to reimport the MCP profile again. I can't figure out why but some people are having issues with imports failing and seems to have to do with using the older GF driver 2.25.2. Using 2.26.1 seems to fix the issue.
-
- No , you had to purchase a new version it wasn't a free upgrade anymore- Should be able to update right over the top of the old one- Yes exactly a backup is always good, I've lost days of work on an accident or P3D crash taking out my GIT files somehow, copying that whole folder would do the trick but I also always do an…
-
Corrected a couple of issues I found while flying: 5-17-16 -MCP now turns on and off with proper bus, so if you are cold and dark the MCP will be OFF-Fixed Alt Hld light not working-Altitude rotary incrementing too slow CW If you had the previous version no bespoke events were changed , just the MCP profile.

I always export all my configs and make a copy of the settings.xml for safekeeping. I don't have the commercial version but I just updated over the top of the donationware version with the noncommercial one the and it works. You can also uninstall the old version , it will not delete your settings.xml file then when you…

Removed old file see the new thread for the latest version.

Experimenting and detective, mouse clicks stuff also through trial and error. if you look at the mouse clicks in detective it is pretty quick to see the naming method they used to get you into the right area of the aircraft and start poking them to see what triggers in the VC I started a spreadsheet on mouseclick and I…
-
I'll try moving them to diff USB 2 ports and see if that fixes it. Weird that it happens right out of the blue. Maybee a stealthy Windows 10 update did something....
-
Nope I can restart GIT or x plane with no issues now.
-
Once you said the += weren't working I figured that might be what it was because Steve fixed that a version or two ago.
-
No sooner did we discuss this then the new GIT version comes out, now we can export profiles for all the other hardware. I'm guessing I could make a profile to do transponder and export it then swap around hardware profiles on the radios now too without having to reprogram the radio every time. Time to experiment a little…

Working now. Yay I can export Gf-166's !
