I have reset your download count. Do not use a download manager as it will make multiple connections and rapidly reduce your download limit. Best wishes Steve
-
Not sure what you saying. Can you provide some screen shots please? Thx Steve
-
No. I could develop a solution for the Mac, but only several people have asked for it in the past, so I do not think the market is there. Best wishes Steve

If the Events are different you will need to create a Bespoke Event that can determine which Event to send. For example if the EFIS mode is at APP, send Event A, otherwise send Event B. As suggested use "If" or "Case" tasks to do this and assign the single Bespoke Event to the button. Best wishes Steve

Yes. However, on some systems there can be a sharing clash with the SimConnect.dll that can be fixed by copying SimConnect.dll into the Engravity CDU PMDG Interface program directory. If you are having other issues than the above, please post in detail what is happening. Best wishes Steve
-
The software was developed and operated on a PC with 16Gb of RAM, so something is wrong else where. I suspect Simconnect cannot be found on your second PC. Is FSX Steam installed on it? You could try copying Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect.dll from your FSX SE directory\FSX\SDK\Core Utilities Kit\SimConnect…

Technically the GoFlight Interface Tool works with all aircraft. However, the available functionality depends upon whether the aircraft developer has built the aircraft so it responds to Simconnect events and variables or exposes lvars and hevents. Searching the forum for Fenix, I found the following post of someone who…

Either way will be fine, but if not using GIT you will have to manually configure the reverse buttons on the TQ6 with whatever software you are using to calibrate the TQ6.
-
The reverse thrust issue will be because the TQ6 will need calibrating again, leaving a top and bottom limit so that when throttle down is not at exactly zero, P3D will think it is and the reversers will engage. It may be worth overwriting the new/empty config files with your backup files. This will restore all aircraft…
-
Ok, before we try the backup, lets see if its config file related. Rename Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to something else and then start GIT. GIT will create new/empty config files. Start P3D and see if the lock up appears.
-
Do you have a recent backup of Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool?
-
Does it lockup on the initial P2D start screen or when the aircraft VC is displayed? Best wishes Steve
-
The flickering is normal and indicates data being received. Double check the events and event actions for trim up and make sure they are correct. If you clicked Default FS then they should be fine, but no harm in clicking that button again if you didn't make any other changes to the LGT config. Assuming it does the same…

Done via your enquiry email.

I'm working on this amongst some other things that people need/asked for. Best wishes Steve
-
Its located in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool. If its not there, reinstall GIT. Best wishes Steve

Ok, I can replicate what you are seeing. Its a very weird bug caused by the way you are running GIT. Usually GIT is started before P3D or during the scenerio screen and then the vehicle is selected etc. I will add it to my to do list to fix, but in the meantime, start GIT as above and all should be good. Also, address the…
-
"But the relevant GoFlight executable is loaded so my GF166s and MCP becomes alive. Frequencies are shown on both 166 units." If GIT isn't running at the point, why are these lit up? The GIT module cannot do this that is loaded into P3D, so either GIT is running, or something else is driving them, like GoFlights own…

Yes, I think its when the sim is paused or the aircraft change triggers a pause and then the switch over is not detected. Can you confirm that's the case?
-
Awesome! Since you have A24 firmware, you can set the Write and Cmd Delay sliders on the GIT MCPPRO tab to 0. That should help with any delays. Not sure about the pin outs. Usually there is a part number on the encoder. Just google for the part number and you should be good. Best wishes Steve
-
You may be able to simply clean it. See from 3 minutes in on this vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lylpr1anaLg&t=182s&ab_channel=Astro%27sElectronicsLab Best wishes Steve

I have reset the server cache and the enquires form is working correctly now. I cannot find your account using the email address you have registered on the forum. Can you PM me or use the enquires form to provide the correct email address. Thx Steve

There is a fix for FSUIPC in your account downloads. FSUIPC 64 bit never implemented a TCP/IP sockets server which GIT uses. The fix provides a 64bit server for FSUIPC. I will check at my end and see if I can replicate the issue. Best wishes Steve
-
You need the to be in the virtual cockpit before GIT will connect with the aircraft. The scenerio screen will not trigger the correct notification to GIT. Best wishes Steve
-
Can you post your GIT log when this happens. Thx Steve
-
Agreed. I will do that, but people were pressing me for a quick change as its now required for VATSIM. I'm OK. Took a long xmas break and then was sick for a while. Best wishes Steve

You may have faulty rotary encoders. Use GoFlights test software to see if the rotary is jumping around: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AvmOqBMETlayh9ZQUzSikUTgvmwIyw?e=CGwI4E Best wishes Steve
-
Use Detective and enable event monitoring. Then use the OBS knob in the virtual cockpit and the event to use should appear in the Detective monitoring window. Best wishes Steve
-
Use Event EVT_EFIS_CPT_RANGE and assign ROTATE as the action. Best wishes Steve
