Hi Steve, I got a response from Adam ... perhaps take this offline? You have my email? Cheers, Rob.
-
Understand, I'll see if I can help in getting it some attention. Cheers, Rob.
-
If you need any help Steve, let me know. Cheers, Rob.
-
Thanks for info Steve ... going to wait for things to "settle" platform wise before I make a purchase. Cheers, Rob.
-
That was quick, thank you Steve. Cheers, Rob.

Hi Doug, Yes, the MESM module was the cause when this issue happened before. Steve will probably need to address the issue. Cheers, Rob.

Guess I'll hold off on installing GF 2.27.0 drivers ... this has happened before with GIT. As far as I know GF 2.27.0 just brings in support for FSX-SE so unless you use FSX-SE, probably best to avoid GF 2.27.0. But if you want some diagnostic suggestions:1. Make sure you are running both GF Config and GIT "as Admin"2.…

Hey Steve, Too many cluster events I'd like and they are most likely just one offs specific to my setup ... I typically separate out LEFT and RIGHT into single event ... example Left Inboard and Left Outboard Landing Lights would be clustered into Left Landing Lights and same for Right side. Basic idea is combining common…

Thanks Steve, wish I could setup my own bespokes so I could call multiple PMDG events with one bespoke, the "CLUSTER" events are pretty limited. Any chance this could happen in the future, disable the "detective" part but allow for creating bespokes with existing PMDG events? Appreciate what you've provided (so quickly),…

SOLVED Dome Light problem I was having ... using MOUSERIGHT_WITH_OFF or MOUSERIGHT2X_SLOW_WITH_OFF2X works well. Cheers, Rob.
-
Thanks Steve, downloading now. Cheers, Rob.

Wow Steve, thank you!!! Amazing support. Appreciate it, Rob.

Sorry, didn't get around to doing part II ... several personal matters came up and I got busy doing other requests. But here is the software I use to create the physical panel layouts that I place over/attach to the GoFlight modes (P8, T8, RP48): Front Panel Designer (Free) Here is a link to some of the Templates I've…

yair1956, I'll probably get to Part II of my tutorial this weekend, but I'm afraid it'll be in 4K again, just too difficult to get everything arranged on the desktop at 1080p. 4K does look ok (read able) at 1440p ... but I'll do what I did in my prior video which is Zoom Detective in post production via my video editing…

Excellent, thanks.

Thanks again Steve. Oh, I'll have Milviz Bobcat T-50 GIT exports done by this weekend (1/16) ... 3 day weekend so I should have some free time. Not the most popular aircraft, but it supports the WX radar (REX/Milviz) and I wanted to get WX radar mapping working (which it does) along with other items in the aircraft.…

Ouch, but many thanks for the info ... appreciate it. I'm currently running two USB PCIe cards in addition to motherboard USB ports ... there appears to be a limit (even with my powered hubs) ... I can only seem to get about 12 devices per "USB chipset" or else I get power cycle issues with GF modules. Tried many ways to…

Thanks Steve, appreciate the rapid response. I'll put a call into GoFlight folks for ICCS see what they say. Cheers, Rob.

Sorry, it's low on my priority list and I'll be on vacation this week and next week. These tutorials take a long time to do and I'd have to block out two weekends for each part which I just don't have available any time soon. But with that said, I hope I can get it done closer to year end. Cheers, Rob.
-
Thanks for feedback Dave, part II and part III I'd do in standard 1080p which should be large enough for most users. Cheers, Rob.
-
Next weekend I'll hopefully have Part II done. Steve, if you see anything that needs correction/clarification or better way to accomplish please let me know ... any constructive feedback is great to have. Cheers, Rob.

Hey Steve, all good, GF 2.26.5 and GIT 2.3.0.0 and MESM all working well in P3D. Thanks for the support. Cheers, Rob.
-
Hi Steve, Excellent ... I'll give them a try tonight. Cheers, Rob.

10.50? Excellent. Cheers, Rob.

FYI, I'm filling in the Q400 Pro mouse event blanks on Steve's google sheet ... it's a VERY tedious process and will take some time ... hope to get them all done within the next couple of weekends. I've added about 30-40 functions so far in my hunting. EDIT: if someone has already done this for all the events (over 500),…

So this is what has kept you busy Steve ... along with many others I'll be buying the IXEG 737 tonight midnight :) ... you still targeting release by 4/24? Or is it already out and I just didn't find it? And finally, rumor that XP 10.50 will be released today (Friday) ... can anyone confirm? Please please please XP 10.50…

Hey Steve, I was able to reach John via phone today ... we discussed a few things on the Power Cycle issue, I'll try some hub re-arrangements my side and see what happens ... John believes it's a HUB power issue ... I've tried just about every HUB made (D-Link, Belkin, Rosewell, Sabrent, etc. etc.) so I'm not sure, just…

Just a quick update, it does look like GFWindows8Fixer was executed as part of the GF 2.26.1 install ... I found a GFWindows8Fixer.log file with entries and since I had not run GFWindows8Fixer, I can only assume it was part of the GF install ... unless the log file with entries was accidentally added to the installer…
