    Is there a dll.xml file in C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4

    AppData is a hidden directory.
  • Mh, nope, is not working either sorry...
  • The error I got is the same as before...
  • Does the directory exist?

Just realised the forum software filtered part of the directory. Does this directory exist and have a dll in it: C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4
  • Yes affirm, it is an existing folder destination... It was hidden but ok, same error as be4
  • You may be able to ignore it, it may be referring to P3D v5. Does GIT work?
  • Unfortunately not...
  • Attach a screen shot so I can see the error in full.
  • It is referring to P3D v5, so the error can be ignored. The problem must be elsewhere. Will GIT start? Whats in the GIT log tab?
  • Yes is correct, first column light isGREY, the sim is GREEN, and aircraft is RED... Is something wrong ith MCPPRO itself...?
  • Ok, it sounds like you haven't installed the GoFlight drivers and GIT into the same directory. The GoFlight drivers provide a dll file called GFDev.dll that GIT needs.

Please follow the installation guide: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/16-installation/14-installation.html

    Best wishes

  • Thank you Steve, after many days of troubleshooting, I had to reinstall everything, as well P3D, but in the end is finally working. Thanks a lot

  • Hi,
Any idea on how to solve this? Everything was ok 'til today, when I find out something is not working anyore... Thanks

  • Is GFConfig configured to Compatible Add-On?
  • Yes, it is, I've played a lot in those days and everything was ok...
  • What has changed on your system since it last worked?
  • Nothing apparently... But something has changed for sure.
  • Any ideas? I've just re install both software's...
  • Let me share my config file in P3D, maybe is something there!
  • Try renaming Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool so GIT starts clean.
  • Please, could you be more detailed in this instructions? Which file I have to rename?
  • edited May 2020
It the directory to rename. Nothing to do with your xml file you posted.
  • not clear sorry...
  • Just rename the directory Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to something else using Windows Explorer.
  • So, I have to change the directory's name DOCUMENTS/GOFLIGHT INTERFACE TOOL in an another one? Random name? Using explorer?
