  • Steve... that did it. All working just fine now. THANK YOU Sir! Very much appreciate your help. Cheers
  • This is getting interesting. In my Users\appdata\roaming\P3Dv4 directory there is indeed a dll.mxl file to edit per the instructions. In the Users\appdata\roaming\P3Dv5 directory there is no such dll.xml file to edit ???
  • Hi Steve... I know you are busy. I REALLY do appreciate your assistance here. I'm following what you are asking me to do. However... when I look in my GoFlight directory, which is Program Files (86)\GoFlight I find the file GoFlight Interface Module 64.dll Does the addition of the 64 have a bearing on what I'm doing here?…
  • Got it!!! Never mind Steve, finally have a functioning set of modules. I removed everything related to GoFlight and GIT on my PC, ran CC Cleaner a few times to find anything left over. Placed everything per instructions and all is good. Mind you that is for my 737NGXu. Now comes the ongoing tasks of assigning buttons and…
  • Steve.... all good...it was my bad after all... but you knew that. Got it all straightened out. Knowing the issue per your post led me to my mistake. Thanks for all you do keeping these F'in boxes alive. They are a curse at times as well as a blessing. Cheers, Bob
  • Hi Steve... when you refer to "it" installed in the wrong place, are you referencing the GIT WASM module from your download site that needs to be placed into the community folder? I am absolutely positive the module downloaded from the GIT site is sitting in the correct community folder, where there is also FSUIPC for…
  • After a few houis of frustration and configuration attempts I have completely uninstalled both GIT for P3D and FS2020. I also removed GoFlight software. Starting from ground zero as I am getting a cascade of errors. Probably a smart thing to do after over five years of the same instances build after built. Should be a good…
  • Sure... Here you go. Of note: My FS2020 version runs fine. I did redownload and reinstall the PD3 64bit for V4. The last lines of the log "Send Control Data: Too Many Retries" continues without pause as long as I allow it. I had to pause the sim to get the copy and even that was giving me fits trying to copy the logfile…
  • Hi Rob. Please add my name to the list of GIT users who would be very grateful to pay for profiles, support and/or learning support. Given what I have put out for a new Jetline system that should be here this week, a long list of addon software, GoFlight modules, Thrustmaster controls and tens of dozens of hours of…
  • Steve, Thank you for the quick response. I looked in GIT under the MCP Pro tab. I changed it to 0 enabled. When I did that the panel went dark. I shut down GIT and P3D. Reloaded P3D and my 737. However, this time I ran GIT FIRST as Admin prior to loading P3d and the 737. Both the MCP Pro and my EFIS appear to be functional…
  • Been lurking and keeping up with the forum posts for yet another year now. I have made several attempts to begin to climb this learning curve. Hopefully this time I will get a bit further than the last two. Today I took delivery of a GoFlight MCP Pro and an EFIS unit. These will sit alongside my existing (2) 166’s, GF-46,…
  • Steve.. it does not work. I have tried three times, and just tried the forth. I get the email with the code and link. I click on the link, takes me to the page with code prefilled. Put in username, click go and the form goes blank in both fields with nothing happening.
  • Please excuse my ignorance here but is "The GoFlight drivers are only needed for the GFD.dll which is their SDK" as YES or a NO? I see you responded a few days later to another post that asks if they copied the GFDev.dll into the same directory as the GIT folder. Is this just for a MCP/PMDG aircraft? I "may" go down that…
