Is there anything from the log below, that would indicate why the CDU does not work? Screen is black, nothing lights up. When I plug in the power cord, the unit does a self test, then says "test passed, going into stand by" and the screen goes dark. When I press EXEC + S, everything lights up, and all the buttons on the set up page work. As soon as I exit setup, everything goes dark again. When I plugged in the USB Cable, right away it found the CP210 drivers, and said that it installed successfully. On the Status page, The 0 CDU is green, The simconnect is green, and the aircraft PMDG 737-800NGX WL is green. 8:18:51 MainViewModel: CDU0 Starting..... 8:18:51 SimConnectWrapper: SimConnect Message Processing Started 8:18:51 LockheedMartin.Prepar3D.SimConnect.SimConnect: Start Event Received! 8:18:51 Aircraft: PMDG EnableDataBroadcast SDK option is OK in Prepar3D v4 8:18:51 Aircraft: PMDG SDK option is OK in Prepar3D v4 8:18:51 MainViewModel: Event Received: Aircraft Type Changed 8:18:51 LockheedMartin.Prepar3D.SimConnect.SimConnect: SIM, 1 8:18:51 LockheedMartin.Prepar3D.SimConnect.SimConnect: PAUSE, 0 8:18:51 AircraftInterfaceNGX: Left CDU Data Received 8:19:01 CDU0: Status Changed: Your help would be greatly appreciated.
