  • On the Out of Bounds error: am I supposed to install - into MS 2020 Community folder - only GIT FS 2020 Module, therefore leaving out GIT MSFS 2020 Store? (I purchased MSFS 2020 from Aerosoft). In any case, I tried both and while I did not have any problems installing GIT MSFS2020 Store into the Community folder (but that did not solve the issue and I kept getting the Out of Bounds error), when I tried to install GIT FS 2020 Module into the Community folder I got stuck when my system asks me to find an app to open the file "FlightSimlOModuleWASM.wasm", and I do not know which app I should use. Could you please help?

Install the GIT MSFS 2020 Module into your MS 2020 Community folder if you get the Out of Bounds error. It seems there is no consistency in the location of the Community folder. You can find out where yours is via this link: https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=fs2020+where+is+my+community+folder&docid=607988814543022948&mid=385B6B97D70FBEC910F2385B6B97D70FBEC910F2&view=detail&FORM=VIRE

  • Module request;
Is there any chance GF-ATC could be made compatible with MSFS. Not overly concerned with the audio functions (if they are even a part of the programming), but essentially the "SEL" functionality - pushbutton and rotary. Currently I have 3 working functions through FSUIPC.
  • I'll add ATC support after Xmas. I'm too busy getting ready to Beta test and release Virtual Flight Sim Hardware at the moment.

I installed the latest update for FS2020. Unfortunately, some lights no longer work on the Airbus A320 FBW since the SU6. These are the AP, the Speed, A / T ARM and APP button (APP not used in the picture). Are there any solutions? Or am I doing something wrong? Use Asobo..MPCpro.xml from GIT
    Thanks in advance
  • GIT in MSFS suddenly doesn't work anymore. I receive a log and finally a message:
The type initializer for 'A' threw an exception

It sounds like your settings file is corrupt. Delete the contents of C:\Users\\AppData\Local\PollyPot_Software. This won't delete any of your aircraft configs.

  • Thanks Steve. It is solved now, The reason was tjhe missing GF drivers after a reinstall of windows. BUT now, I cannot start my Goflight MCP anymore. The program always says that it is already active. After I forced to end all the GIT processes (from the various trials) in the manager, it still says it is running and the box with the red/green lights is not appearing.
Secondly , is there a way to let GF-EFIS work (it mention that it is only for PMDG/IFly).
  • I cant get the mcppro to work with 2020 the program locks out just werls in circles waste of money as far as i can tell the only way to exit it is cntrl alt delete

If the Yellow Simconnect light is on, the WASM module has not been installed into your Community folder. See this post or search the forum for WASM or Community: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/vanillaforums/discussion/comment/9957#Comment_9957

If you still have problems, raise a separate discussion and I will get you up and running.

  • My Goflight for LGT-II stopped working yesterdy I deleted the contents of Users//appdata/local/pollypot_software, but, now am getting an error message. Unableto load bespoke events Hexadecimal value0x00, is an invalid character, line 1 position 1 Take a copy of your settings file before doing anything else. Can you advise please?
  • Further to my previous post, I have tried again to get it to work I still get the error message, when it starts I get three green lights, but, it is only generic aircraft and wont let me open LGT-II tab

Restore from a backup. If you don't have one, you can try the backup folder in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool (renaming the files as necessary).

If all else fails, delete the BespokeEvents.xml in the same directory as above.

  • The latest version of GIT for MS2020 indicates as Version 4.6.1.0. The most recent Change Log shows changes for Version 4.6.0.0. Is that possibly a typo?

  • Hi there!
I have the last GIT version (MSFS) with 3 green lights, but nothing happens on MCP. Anyone has this issue?

    Thanks Steve. It works!
  • Hello Steve
The first problem is that the installation of the latest GIT version 4-6-2-0 does not work properly, with the message that the program cannot find the community folder. I can't find the flightsimio.module file either.
    I'm also having trouble registering
An error message 202 appears. I have set the language to original English.

I hope you can help me

    Greetings Peter

    Greetings Peter

The module is in your account downloads as GIT FS2020 Module (If Needed).zip. What is the path to your community folder and what version of MSFS are you using (Steam, Store or Boxed)?

Your install count is fine, so make sure when you copy the User Key you do not have Google translate running or a language selected on the web site.

  • EFIS and MSFS Problem: I installed GIT FS2020 version 4620 and the process went OK, but my EFIS doesnt work. Once MSFS is running with the PDMG B737 selected, the app recognizes the PDMG B737 and the Goflight and Simmconect sectors shows green lights, the aircraft sector has a green flashing light and shows: Mode: NGX . PDMG B737 and a import wizard button which takes me to an option to import a "PDMG737.zip" which I dont know what is it.
I have the original Goflight app and drivers installed, should I uninstall it ?. Also I have FSUIPC running at background.
    Thanks

Part of me is thinking maybe selling my 12 go flight modules and getting some thing that works, as sad as it is . Can't even get the Advanced Auto pilot to work default . If there were some U tube videos with examples it would be a start . I got the FSUIPC 7 pay version and they see all my modules, it does identify all my modules, with the go flight interface tool , but that's as far as i can get

The PMDG update broke the SDK. I'm waiting for PMDG to send me the new SDK so I can update GIT.

  • Sure glad to see you can assist me in this , I think what some of it is Steve the instructions might be above my head, but here's where I'm at.
At the Pete's Dawson's software site I downloaded the GFDEV64.dll version 2.2.8.0 May 05 2022 and put it in the paid version of FSUIPC7 file that is installed in my "C" drive
In the fs2020 community section where it says -pollypotsoftware-flightsimio-module ,when I open that up it says modules -layout.json and one saying manifedt.json
the file saying modules when open says FlightSimI0ModuleWASM.sasm
    I have the latest Go Flight interface tool fs2020.exe 4.6.2.0 date 2022- 05- 28
When I start flight sim and FSUIPC starts up I can see all my 12 Go Flight modules being seen by FSUIPC
When i open up Go flight interface tool, all 3 lights are green ,when I enable my modules and identify them ,the lights on the corresponding modules light up -this is where I'm at, if i had some examples of setting some thing like Master battery, beacon lights, and a few more and setting trim or barometer settings on the rotaries it might be enough to get me going to keep setting the rest, My MCP auto pilot , I can't get going . In P3D i had no trouble setting them up in the PMDG , and the general aircraft we had the Go Flight conf. tool to set them up but you say in FS2020 we don't have it any more . So it seems I'm getting pretty close ---Thanks Louis

  • 1= quels sont les fichiers à télécharger pour MSFS avec windows 11 ?

2= j'ai téléchargé un fichier GIT 2020 module mais si je mets le dossier modules dans community il n'est pas reconnu dans le " gestionnaire de

Sorry for the late reply, I have been unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

Have you tried these examples here: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/19-operating/37-configuring-goflight-devices-examples-pmdg-ngx.html

If still no joy, start a new post in Discussions and include your GIT log from the Log tab and provide an example of what you have tried.
