Ralf, See if my attached configuration for Display IAS works for your GIT. Steve G.

I have effectively used K: for SendClient bespoke events. Example attached is a bespoke for the FBW A320NX to simulate "push" and "pull" the SPD knob on the MCPPro. Its actually a toggle using the BUTTON SPD PUSH. Steve G.
-
Henrique and Steve, I was able to use the SendClient command in a bespoke event to trigger a FBW A320NX custom event, including from list that Henrique attached above. These were created in separate bespoke events and now work: SendClient K:A32NX.FCU_ALT_INC SendClient K:A32NX.FCU_ALT_DEC SendClient K:A32NX.FCU_ALT_PUSH…

Hi Henrique. On the FBW A320NX don't use the Detective for the EFIS baro knob, as it does not need a bespoke event. You just assign an LVAR to the knob direction (clockwise/anticlockwise). Instead, just go to GIT, select and enable the EFIS, select Rotary Baro, and use KOHLSMAN_INC for Clockwise and KOHLSMAN_DEC for…

awaisi88, First, these are knobs and not buttons. They require multiple selections, not simple on-off for buttons, so knobs are more complicated to make work. You have to assign each position on the selector. The mode and the range knobs on the EFIS require custom bespoke events for each knob position. There are no direct…

Not all functions of the FBW A320 have Lvars associated with controls since its still a work in process. What buttons are you wanting to use?
-
awaisi88, To my knowledge there are no videos specifically for the FBW A320. I had to learn the GIT and the Detective by watching the videos and looking at examples from other simmers. Once I had the knowledge of how to use Detective, I was able find the Lvars and events for the EFIS and MCPpro to build the custom Bespoke…
-
I used the Detective to find the Lvars and created individual Bespoke Events to run some of the functions on the EFIS for the FBW A320 development version Steve G.
-
OK, thanks. I'm using the FBW A320 and the Aerosoft CRJ, and for the most part, the MCP functions well with displays and knobs. That's why I'm curious to know what aircraft you are using and whether you configured any bespoke events. Does turning the knobs change the setting values in the simulator, such as the heading,…
-
David, I may have missed it, but what plane are you configuring in the GIT screenshots? Steve G.
-
Great to hear its working now! I will have to try the nap trick to resolve other issues in the sim! Enjoy... Steve G.

1. Is the location of your Goflight Interface Tool in: "C:\Program Files\GoFlight\GoFlight Interface Tool FS2020.exe" ? 2. Is the location of your Goflight Interface Tool module in your Community folder "F:\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Community\pollypotsoftware-flightsimio-module" ? (F: is my drive, yours may be different)…

I have not had any issues starting GIT after installing the hot fix. Are you starting GIT after MSFS has loaded and either parked at a gate or on the runway?
-
Just from a another perspective, I have not seen this occur after update to MSFS with WU6, and the latest versions of GIT and the WASM module. The MCPPro and EFIS are both working for me on the FBW A320NX and on the default Cessna 172 (standard gauges) and Cessna 152. The baro (EFIS) and course and heading (MCPPro) knobs…
-
Steve, Just letting you know that all is working well after the most recent update to GIT and the WASM module. I have tested with a few flights using the FBW A32NX, on the EFIS and MCPPro. I will continue to test with other aircraft as well and advise of any issues. Thanks again for your wonderful support.... Steve G.
-
Thanks Steve! I will download and test this evening. Much appreciation for your help and support.... Steve G.

I did some testing by loading the simulator a number of times and configuring the FBW A320NX, then starting GIT. The results were sporadic, sometimes GIT would initialize and other times it would stop at the exact same line in the log. Following Steve's advice, I began to remove LVARs associated with the A30NX in the…
-
Hi Steve, OK, thanks. But get this: after update to MSFS 2020 and installing World Update IV, the GIT and MCPro appear to be working. I am baffled by this, but happy nonetheless...! Attached is the log file AFTER the update. Look toward the bottom where it loaded all LVARs and then created the Bespoke Vars. It continued…
-
I did test GIT using the default C172, and GIT initialized completely and perfectly. The log was short, and there were some other aircraft LVARs loaded but nowhere near the number when loading the A320NX. I've been using GIT with the A320NX for months and its been solid, no issues.
-
Hi Steve, Yes, the log is attached above in my first post. The initialization appears to stop at the same LVAR/line every time. What's odd is that I see LVARs in the log for other aircraft as well as the A32NX, such as the Aerosoft CRJ, DA62, 747-8, etc. My KnownLvars is VERY long, over 14000 lines. Much appreciation for…
-
Is there a limit to the amount of aircraft data (LVARS, etc.) that can be loaded into GIT? The log ends at Line 3900 every time when starting GIT on the latest version of FBW A320NX.
-
UPDATE: I tried testing the MCPro and the EFIS using the default C172, and lo and behold, the MCPPro lit up and functioned using the heading knob and EFIS using the baro. So I know both MCPPro and EFIS are communicating with my PC and MSFS. The FBW A320 development version will not operate, however, and still appears to…
-
UPDATE: I was able to get "Flybywire_A320_NEO" to appear in the Aircraft section on the status page of GIT. The green light below it is blinking. The devices MCPPro and EFIT display a "1" indicating it knows what I have configured. However only the Log and the Status tabs in GIT function, cannot click any other tabs or…
-
Hi, I've been able to use Detective to find the Events and LVARs for specific FBW A320NX functions on the MCPPro. For the most part it is working well and I am able to use the MCPPro quite effectively for A32NX flights, although there are some occasional flakey issues. The one challenge, however, has been the PUSH-PULL…

Thanks Steve. I downloaded the Module again and replaced in the Community folder. I now match the date and size you specified. Steve G.

Hi Steve, Attached is the detail of the WASM file that I download directly from My Account on the Pollypot website, using my login. The modified date is 14 May 2021 and the size is 1007kb. See attached screenshot. Do I have the correct version? Thanks. Steve G.
-
Thanks Steve. Following your direction: 1. Downloaded and running GoFlight Interface Tool FS2020 Version 4.4.2.0 2. Deleted old and re-downloaded the FS2020 Module, then pasted directory "pollypotsoftware-flightsimio-module" to my Community folder. There is a Modules folder and two JSON files in this directory. I have no…

asad, You mentioned above that you were able to get the push/pull knobs working on the MCPPro panel for A320NX FCU speed, heading and altitude, using the SendClient function. Can you provide an example of what you used in the Detective and Bespoke Events? I am not having any success. Thanks. Steve G.

Thanks Steve! Steve G

Thanks Steve. Let me know if I can assist in any way. I appreciate the tools you have created and the immersion they bring to the simulators. Steve G.
