Hi, The only thing I would check is the device brightness is set to 15. Not quite sure what you mean about the "GF plug-in loaded in the core folder". I only have the GIT plugin-in for x-plane and a standard GoFlight software install for Windows 10. David

Hi Jeff, I'm guessing you have XPUIPC installed in the plugins directory. The NIC issue is that the IP address in the XPUIPC ini file doesn't match your computer IPv4 address. Open up a cmd window and run ipconfig and see what the IPv4 address is. Make sure that address is in the ../X-Plane…

Hi, I can see your events and variables, although I don't use lua scripts. I don't see the xml for the MCP device. Do you have a backup directory? The backup should have a file called SettingsXPlane.xml.bak. Have a look in there to see if the MCP is define in there. If it is you can copy it back into the…
-
Hi, Can you post your XML file from ...\Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool directory and I'll have a look/ David

Hi, I use bespoke events and variables to control vertical speed. The bespoke variable is so I can test it when it's zero to blank it out. The bespoke events use the standard sim/autopilot/vertical_speed_up and sim/autopilot/vertical_speed_down commands. I've attached a zip of my configuration.

Hi, Had similar issues with the lights. Problematic. I played around with the settings and seem to be working fine. (touch wood). I've attached a picture of my settings. David
-
Hi, No not normal at all. I have had the 1 knot difference but I just tried to reproduce it and everything worked perfectly. When it happens to me again, I'll take a bit more notice and try and track it down. In terms of all the lights, it's definitely not normal. I do have some issues when changing modes. The previous…

Hi Martin, This is strange. I just completed an 8 hour flight and everything worked flawlessly. I only have the MCP Pro, EFIS, 2xGF-166 and GF-LGTII. David
-
Hi, Download the attachment. As you previously posted, GIT recognises the two EFIS. That's a good start and you can check that on the status tab. Click on the EFIS tab. Click on the device dropdown and it should show device 0 and device 1. If you select device 0 and ENABLE you should see the commands for each of the…

Sorry but these are commands not datarefs. David
-
Fantastic that things are working. In terms of the two EFIS, one will be device 0 and the other device 1. The difference between the two is that device 0 will use the capt datarefs while device 1 will use FO datarefs. Example is TERR button. Captain side is "laminar/B738/EFIS_control/capt/push_button/terr_press" while the…

Hi, Looking at the MCPPro and EFIS profile, in the b738.XML file which contains the Bespoke Events, it has a reference to D: drive for the .../Documents/GoFlight Interface Tool directory. Is that the drive on your system? I'd fix that and re-import the profile. Let us know how you get on. David
-
Hi Kev, The name of the file shouldn't matter. In my case the Aircraft section reads GENERIC b738_4k as I'm flying the 4k model of Zibo's B738. I think it matches the name of the ACF file and is case sensitive. The same configuration works for both the b738 and the b738_4k. With the import wizard you need to select the…
-
Hi, I've attached my latest configuration files. I store them in ...\Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool. The import will bring up a import dialog for you to choose where to pick the device configuration up from. The configurations use some bespoke variable for VVI and msp speed. Make sure they have been imported. Best way…

Hi, I've had intermittent issues with the lights on the MCP Pro. I played around with the settings (and I've attached a shot of what I have). if the lights don't work when pressing/toggling them from the MCP Pro, I just use to recycle the button/switch and it would appear to work. GIT must do some sort of polling of the…
-
Hi, In the settings tab you can change the button hold time. David
-
Martin, I went back and ran some tests. I may have jumped the gun with my original comment as none of the buttons animate in XP. Not a big issue as long as the functionality of the button works. Steve, Is this something that you can have a look at some stage. The command A button is assigned the…

Hi Martin, I'm running Zibo RC1.8 and GIT 2.0.14.1 and I don't experience the same issue. David
-
Hi, Noticed a couple of changes that you don't have. I've attached my latest zip file for b738. I'd get rid of anything you currently have and re-import the new zip file. David
-
Hi, I'm not seeing the same issue that you're experiencing. Can you provide the b738 XML file and the GFMCPPRO XML file. I'll have a look and see if I can find anything that's different to mine. David
-
Hi, Intermittently. Sometimes they work perfectly, others not but the lights are recognised in the sim. I press it off and on again and 99.9% of the time it works. Conversly, if you press the button in the sim, the lights on the goflight modules work perfectly. I've tried changing the settings for the button hold time but…

The file that you need to import in Detective is called b738.xml. It's in the ...\Document\GoFlight Interface Tool directory. This file contains my bespoke events that are then used within the GF devices. Once that's done, close Detective and go to each device tab and import the device specific XML. David
-
Thanks JonFly. Can you tell me what the error message is when you try and import the bespoke events? Do you have any bespoke events in showing in Detective? If you do, press the big red X and get rid of them first, then press the import icon (next to the big red X) and select the XML to import the bespoke events. Let me…
-
I use bespoke events to manage the IAS and range selector, among other events. If you go into detective you should see the events. There should be about 22 of them. The XML is contained in the b738 file in your ..\Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool directory. David

Downloaded and installed Zibo 3.30b, started X-plane 11.26 and GIT 2.0.14.1. Flew KATL to KMIA and everything worked perfectly. Had no problems with the IAS rotary or the EFIS rotaries. David
-
Hi, I'm just downloading Zibo 3.30b now. I'll give it a try tonight and have a look at the issues you've raised. David
-
Hi, The GoFlight hardware has a limitation in that, unlike the real EFIS/MCP, it does not have dual rotaries for the minimums, Baro and bank angle. When I first built the profile it was not possible to mimic two rotaries on the one physical rotary. Your question got me interested in the changes that Steve has implemented.…

Dutchdc3, Everything in the screenshot looks normal. GIT is recognising the devices. My profile uses the Aircraft Power to turn on (although I've just checked and the MCP-PRO doesn't. DOH). The GF-166 uses the AV_ENABLED option for the devices. The zip file contains the aircraft_power file to import. Not sure if that's…

Just flown KBOS to KDFW with Zibo's B738 3.29d and worked a treat. Steve, Can you please update the 3rd party x-plane config for Zibo's B738-800 (MCP PRO, EFIS, GF166, LGTII) with the attached zip file. Thanks. David

Thanks Steve for the prompt reply. David
